Making dried sweets using Hattori Sugar Refinery's Wasanbon sugar, a specialty of Tokushima. Experience a tea ceremony in a Japanese-style room. (After eating the Japanese sweets, you will have tea made by the teacher.) After that, you will be able to make your own matcha tea.
