It is a complex facility with a cultural hall, Sankokan, Ikiikikan, a craft hall, a ship exhibition hall, and a museum. The museum introduces local cultural heritage. Kaifu swords and Awa swords, which are known as art swords, and coins excavated from Osato, which boasts the highest number of excavations in Japan, are on display.
