A memorial hall that was built in the early Taisho period and is a refurbished pressing factory that is designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. Inside the museum, you can feel the tools and wisdom of our predecessors about 100 years ago to make soy sauce. You can observe the manufacturing process at the adjacent active moromi pressing factory and the nearby natural brewery.
