Article 2 (Application and Modification of these Terms of Use)

Customers must irrevocably consent to these Terms of Use and use SHIKOKURURI in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use. By using SHIKOKURURI, you are deemed to have irrevocably agreed to these Terms of Use.
  2. SPC and Campnet reserve the right to change these Terms of Use as necessary. If we change these Terms of Use, we will notify you of the change.
Article 3 (Prohibited acts and other conditions)
  1. When using SHIKOKURURI, customers must not engage in any act that falls under any of the following items or is likely to fall under any of the items below. If SPC and Campnet determine that the customer's act of sending information falls under any of the following items, or is likely to fall under any of the following items, in addition to the measures stipulated in other provisions of these Terms of Use, the customer All or part of such information and accounts may be deleted without prior notice to the Company. In that case, we will not accept any questions or complaints regarding deletion, etc. In addition, SPC and Campnet will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by customers in relation to measures taken under this article.
    1. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, honor rights, privacy rights, and other legal or contractual rights or interests of Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, Campnet or third parties.
    2. Acts aimed at harassing or slandering registered facilities or third parties
    3. Sending information containing computer viruses or other harmful computer programs
    4. Acts of impersonating Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, Campnet or a third party
    5. Acts of intentionally disseminating false information
    6. Sales, publicity, advertising, solicitation, and other profit-making activities, excluding those approved by Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet
    7. Religious activities or soliciting to religious groups
    8. Acts of illegally collecting, disclosing, or transmitting personal information of a third party
    9. Interfering with the operation of SHIKOKURURI by the Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, or Campnet, or the use of SHIKOKURURI by other customers, or acts that interfere with these
    10. Acts that encourage acts that fall under any of the above
    11. Other acts that Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet deem inappropriate.
  2. Prohibition of re-provision, etc. The customer cannot re-provide SHIKOKURURI to a third party. In addition, the customer may not transfer, resell, grant, or sublicense its use under any circumstances. Therefore, under no circumstance, the customer may not grant the right to use SHIKOKURURI to a member of a corporation or group other than the customer, or any other individual.
  3. Prohibition of reverse engineering, etc. Customers may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, alter, translate, examine the source code of SHIKOKURURI, or create derivative software of SHIKOKURURI. Also, the documents related to SHIKOKURURI cannot be duplicated.
  4. Prohibition of use for prohibited purposes　Customers may not use SHIKOKURURI for prohibited or restricted purposes.
Article 4 (Cancellation and termination of contract)
  1. During the term of the contract with SHIKOKURURI, the customer cannot request a refund of fees, etc. that have already been paid to the Campnet.
  2. If the customer violates even one of the terms and conditions of the contract based on these Terms of Use, Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, Campnet may immediately cancel the contract based on these Terms of Use without notice to the customer. I can do it.
  3. Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, regarding damages suffered by customers and third parties due to the unavailability of all or part of SHIKOKURURI due to termination or cancellation of the contract based on these Terms of Use or other reasons SPC and Campnet do not take any responsibility.
Article 5 (Contract period)
  1. The contract period of SHIKOKURURI shall be the usage period for which the customer applied for the service by the method specified separately by SPC and Campnet.
Article 6 (Security)
  1. SHIKOKURURI is equipped with various security measures, but in order to ensure security, it is necessary for the person in charge of actual use to understand the content of such measures and to perform the required operations as necessary. .
  2. The security functions adopted by SHIKOKURURI apply technologies that are generally considered useful. Therefore, if technology advances or attacks by highly skilled hackers occur, it may not be possible to maintain security.
Article 7 (Suspension, change, termination, etc. of this service)
  1. Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet may suspend all or part of SHIKOKURURI without prior notice to customers in any of the following cases.
    1. When performing inspection or maintenance work for equipment, etc. related to SHIKOKURURI
    2. When equipment, communication lines, etc. related to SHIKOKURURI stop due to an accident, etc.
    3. When it is impossible or difficult to provide SHIKOKURURI due to force majeure such as fire, power failure, natural disaster, etc.
    4. In addition, when Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, Campnet deems it necessary
  2. If Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, or Campnet deems it necessary, the contents of SHIKOKURURI may be changed in whole or in part at any time without prior notice to customers.
  3. Due to the circumstances of Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet, the provision of SHIKOKURURI can be terminated. In this case, SPC and Campnet shall notify the customer in advance.
  4. All or part of SHIKOKURURI can be provided only to customers who meet the prescribed conditions of Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet.
  5. We are not responsible for any damages caused to customers based on measures taken by Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet based on this article.
Article 8 (Limitation of Warranty)
  1. Except for cases explicitly stated by Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet, we do not make any guarantees regarding this service, and we do not guarantee that SHIKOKURURI is free from factual or legal defects.
  2. Limitation of warranty
    1. We do not guarantee that the functions, performance, speed, operability, amount of data that can be handled, etc. contained in SHIKOKURURI will satisfy your requirements.
    2. SHIKOKURURI does not guarantee that it will operate normally in the environment prepared by the customer. Also, it does not guarantee that it can be used permanently in the same environment.
    3. If SHIKOKURURI has a defect (structural problem, so-called bug), we do not guarantee that it will be corrected. This agreement does not guarantee the adequacy, accuracy, usefulness, etc. of the information (contents) handled by the customer on SHIKOKURURI.
    4. The functions of SHIKOKURURI and services incidental to SHIKOKURURI may be changed or discontinued without the prior consent of the customer. We do not permanently guarantee a usage environment equivalent to SHIKOKURURI at the time of conclusion of this agreement.
    5. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION PROVIDED ORALLY OR BY EMAIL OR IN ANY WRITTEN FORM BY SPC OR Campnet SHALL IN ANY EVENT INCREASE THE LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The customer shall not be liable for any damages or dangers, including loss of data, server failure, business stagnation, complaints from third parties, etc., arising in connection with the use of SHIKOKURURI and the services associated with SHIKOKURURI. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE, WHETHER OR INDIRECTLY. Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by the customer exercising the right of use granted under this agreement, or for claims from third parties against the customer. not.
  2. Limitation of Liability of SPC and Campnet
    1. SERVICES TO SPC AND Campnet AND SHIKOKURURI FOR ANY COMMERCIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, AGAINST YOU AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES. suppliers assume no liability.
    2. SPC and Campnet will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, etc. to customers caused by defects in SHIKOKURURI. In addition, we do not take any responsibility for any claims from third parties.
    3. SPC and Campnet will not be held responsible for any management or sales strategies managed and operated by customers using SHIKOKURURI.
    4. SHIKOKURURI is developed based on the specifications and functions of the OS, middleware, and related hardware at the time SHIKOKURURI was developed. If these specifications/functions are changed and it interferes with the normal operation of SHIKOKURURI, Campnet will try to fix it as soon as possible, but the completion time is not guaranteed, and the purchase fee will be exempted and reduced during that time. will not be refunded.
Article 10 (Payment of Usage Fee)
  1. The customer shall pay the usage fee for SHIKOKURURI and services incidental to SHIKOKURURI by credit card payment for the amount separately determined for each product.
Article 11 (Confidentiality and Personal Information)
  1. SHIKOKURURI has a function to store various data held, accumulated, and transmitted by customers in the form of statistical information. Such statistics render the data completely anonymous and the origin of the data unidentifiable. Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet may use such statistical data for promotion and management of the system.
Article 12 (Intellectual property rights, etc.)

Regarding the service content provided by Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet, we grant the customer a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use the service content for the sole purpose of using SHIKOKURURI. Customers may not use Customer Contents beyond the manner planned by SHIKOKURURI (including duplication, duplication, modification, sublicensing to third parties, and any other uses).
  2. Intellectual property rights related to SHIKOKURURI are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Customers must treat them in the same way as other copyrighted works.   6. Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, and Campnet may post advertisements of Shikoku Tourism Creation Organization, SPC, Campnet, or third parties on SHIKOKURURI.
Article 13 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
  1. 1. The validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
  2. 2. Regarding discussions, lawsuits and any other disputes between the Company and users, the Matsuyama District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court according to the amount of the complaint.
